Terms of Service
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using PeakClip (“PeakClip,” “Service,” “we,” or “our”) at https://www.peakclip.app, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using our platform immediately.
2. Description of the Service
PeakClip provides a high-throughput, frame-accurate video clipping and subtitle synchronization workbench. The service allows editors and creators to extract exact stream cuts from supported platforms (including Twitch, Kick, Google Drive, and direct file URLs) without having to download full multi-gigabyte source VODs.
We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or temporarily suspend aspects of the service to perform essential maintenance, upgrades, or security enhancements.
3. Account Tiers & Usage Allocations
New and non-paying accounts receive up to 10 free clips per month. Free tier exports are 100% clean with zero watermarks. Clip quotas reset on the first day of each calendar month.
Creator and Creator Pro tiers provide elevated monthly clip quotas, priority queue execution, batch processing, and extended cloud storage in accordance with published pricing.
4. Merchant of Record & Payment Processing
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com (“Paddle”), who also handles order-related customer service inquiries, global sales tax (VAT, GST, and state sales taxes), currency conversion, and returns.
- Recurring Billing: Paid subscriptions automatically renew on a recurring monthly or annual basis until canceled by you prior to the renewal date.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time with one click through your PeakClip Account Settings or via Paddle's customer billing portal. Upon cancellation, your paid tier features remain active until the conclusion of your current billing period.
- Refund Policy: We offer a 14-day refund policy for initial subscription purchases under the conditions outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. User Content & Intellectual Property
You retain 100% ownership of all source media you process through PeakClip. PeakClip claims no copyright, intellectual property ownership, or proprietary interest in your videos, extracted clips, or subtitles.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have secured all necessary licenses, permissions, and rights to ingest, clip, and process the video content you submit.
- Your use of our service does not infringe upon any third party's copyright, trademark, privacy, or proprietary rights.
6. Acceptable Use & Prohibitions
You agree not to use PeakClip to:
- Process unlawful, defamatory, harassing, sexually abusive, or infringing media content.
- Bypass, manipulate, or circumvent account quotas, rate limits, or access controls.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our extraction worker infrastructure.

Violations of acceptable use may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. PeakClip does not guarantee that third-party streaming links will remain permanently accessible or that external video hosts will not modify their stream delivery formats.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PeakClip and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use our services.
